Kendall Nursery and Landscaping is a premier design/build landscape company. With twenty years of experience, we are your prime source for making your residential or commercial landscape ideas a reality.
Limited Warranty:
A-
1-No warranty on plants our company did not install.
2- All sales are final, no refunds, no returns.
B- Your landscape is accompanied with a three (3)months warranty, if you maintain all of the standards below.
1- A professionally installed sprinkler/irrigation system at the time of installed. Drip hose system doesn't qualify as a professionally installed sprinkler system, no exceptions.
2- Our staff is able to check and set timer for plants at 5-7 days a week for the first month and a half, and 3 times a week everyday after.
3- Sprinklers system covers entire area where plants, trees, shrubs were installed, no exceptions.
4- Home owner and staff will sign and date the contract stating that this procedures were performed.
5- There is no warranty on plants if
A- The sprinkler system was not functioning at time of install
B- Sprinklers do not cover entire area of installed plants
c- Sprinkler timer does not function
d- sprinkler system was partially installed
Replacement policy
.
A- Kendall Nursery assumes no liability for replacement of plants killed or damaged by pests, insect infestation, abnormal weather conditions, hurricane, severe storms, or other conditions beyond our control, nor will we replace plants experiencing “seasonal die-back”, when pruning and proper care will restore them to health.
B- Kendall Nursery cannot warranty against weed growth in mulch or topsoil beds, due to the germination of dormant seeds prevalent in the soil.
This warranty shall be void and will not apply to any plants which were originally installed.
There is no warranty on wholesale priced plants nor plants sold on sale or at discounted rates. In addition, annuals, perennials, bulbs, ground covers, and transplanted plant material are NOT covered under this or any other Kendall Nursery Care Warranty.

Tree & Shrub Pruning - Regular tree and shrub pruning promotes new growth, encourages healthier plants, and maintains a balanced environment. Trees and shrubs not only beautify your surroundings, they control erosion, reduce air conditioning costs, and provide a wind shield.
Water Management - Kendall Nursery and Landscaping provides seasonal inspections of your sprinkler system. We maintain, diagnose, and repair your sprinkler system to ensure that your equipment delivers optimal performance. This not only protects your landscape, it conserves water. We also renovate and replace older systems.
